REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY.

Magic Club Box service subscriptions are service-based products, once your order is placed it cannot be refunded for any reason. Please be precise when picking the package that works best for you and your family. When purchasing a subscription, you, therefore, accept a recurring charge not to exceed the price or duration of the original package purchased. Subscriptions can be changed or canceled at any time with no interruption to your existing service. All cancellations must be processed on our website at https://magicclubbox.com or by emailing us to magicclubbox@gmail.com at least three days prior to the renewal date to avoid service continuation. We encourage new customers to request a free trial so you can test it out before making a purchase.

Deleting Your Magic Club Box Account

You may delete your Magic Club Box account, in accordance with our Terms of Use, or via the link accessible on the Account page. You must cancel your subscription before you are able to delete your account. Please note that, after you delete your account, we may retain some information from or about you in accordance with applicable law, including for various legal, operational, accounting, and auditing purposes.
